We are looking for an Customer Success manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The  role includes overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities. The position also includes operations and administration work.   

*This position is in NYC

Responsibilities

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Overseeing customer account management

  • Operations work such as handling orders and creating demos

  • Sourcing of gifts from retailers and inserting them to our system

  • Helping in organizing conferences and events

Skills

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Customer Success Manger Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure in an agile environment

  • Fast learner, problem solver, with great attention to details

  • Communicative team player, yet comfortable with independently owning a project end-to-end
