Position: Client Services Associate, High Tech – Middle Market Banking
Non- exempt, entry-level banking role
Reports to Team Leader, High Tech


Entry level role providing banking and operations service support to clients and where appropriate, assist the team’s marketing and cross selling of the Bank’s products and services to prospects and clients.

Serve as a critical member of the team in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, largely focused on account and operations matters as well as internal support to all of the account officers on the team dealing with all phases of account management and in particular account openings.

Interact with personnel throughout the Bank for matters related to account activity, operations and cash management, compliance and all other customer relations matters. Problem solving is often a critical skill in this role.

Ensure the successful resolution of matters presented by customers and account officers.


Cash Management / Banking or financial experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and people skills, including ability to market products.
Detail oriented, highly organized and accurate.
Ability to work with and keep information confidential.
Project confidence and professionalism to customers.
Strong PC skills.


College degree


Related educational/banking experience.
