Artificial Intelligence for Back Office Automation

AppZen is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the Artificial Intelligence space looking for someone who has a flair for customer success. You are a Customer Success Pro excited to support our rapidly growing list of Fortune 500 customers. You will help onboard new customers, manage pilots and trials, answer support calls including questions and tickets, develop collateral material and many other tasks related to helping AppZen grow quickly and efficiently.

You will get to work in multiple areas of customer support, operations, and sales. We are growing fast so there’s plenty to do!

About You:

  • You are a patient and caring person, highly organized and driven who wants to help our customers get the most out of AppZen’s audit solution
  • You have GREAT communication skills and know how to get a message across
  • You are action oriented; no task is too small or insignificant
  • You have a finely tuned sense of urgency, you know when you can fix something, and when and how to ask for help


  • Help customers with their requests, emails and calls in our support system and coordinate with the development team on support cases
  • Understand customers’ needs and communicate with and help them discover how our product can meet those needs
  • Ensure the success of pilots and trials while maintaining a rapid pace
  • Develop support processes, templates, help guides, videos and other tools

  • Ability to understand our business applications quickly
  • Present yourself with professionalism, friendliness, and a willingness to assist
  • Excited to work in a startup, fast-paced environment


  • Any kind of customer service experience
  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred
